This site has been set up to keep our village up-to-date and informed and as more content becomes available it will be added. Remember, we need your input.

Help keep our village community informed. All suitable submissions, where possible, will be included on our pages and at no charge what-so-ever. Nominal charges will only apply to business adverts**and house sales*** although entries in the Local Business Directory are free.

* To advertise Items For Sale & Wanted - these items will be held on our database for one month. If you wish to extend the advertising, simply resubmit the details. This is a free service for (local to Pakenham) private, non-business adverts. A nominal charge of £6.00 (VAT inc.) will be charged for business adverts in the Classified section. E-mail details to

** To advertise your local (Pakenham) business in the Local Business Directory there is no charge. As an extension to the Local Business Directory, i.e. a separate page advert or a link to a business web site a small annual charge of £24.00 (VAT inc.) will apply. *** To advertise your property we will visit the (local to Pakenham) site and take a coloured photograph along with brief details plus your phone number if you are selling the property yourselves or the telephone number of the estate agent you are using. The charge for this service will be £30 (VAT inc.) and your details will be held on our database for three months. You may continue to advertise your property for a further 9 months (3 x 3 months) with no further charges for each 3 month continuation during the one year. To qualify for the free continuation periods all you need to do is let us know you would like the advertising to continue!
