This site has been set up to keep our village up-to-date and informed and as more content becomes available it will be added. Remember, we need your input.

Nominal charges will only apply to business adverts**and house sales*** although entries in the Local Business Directory for Pakenham businesses are free.

* To advertise Items For Sale & Wanted - these items will be held on our database for one month. If you wish to extend the advertising, simply resubmit the details. This is a free service to Pakenham residents for private, non-business adverts. A nominal charge of £12.00 (VAT inc.) will be charged for business adverts in the Classified section. You may continue to advertise your property for a further 9 months (3 x 3 months) with no further charges for each 3 month continuation during the one year. To qualify for the free continuation periods all you need to do is let us know you would like the advertising to continue!
