MINUTES OF THE ADDITIONAL MEETING HELD ON 26 SEPTEMBER 2002

APOLOGIES: Apologies were received from Cllr H Painter, Cllr J Mangnall and Cllr B Chester.

NEW APPLICATIONS:

SE/02/3105/LB - The Old Shop, Grimstone End, Pakenham
Listed Building Application – Replacement of window with french doors on rear/north west elevation. There were no objections to this application.

Cllr Smith left the meeting.

SE/02/3091/P Erection of village hall incorporating shop (following demolition of existing hall) (revised scheme). There were no objections to the revised scheme.
