MINUTES OF THE ADDITIONAL MEETING HELD ON 9 JANUARY 2003

IN THE PAVILION AT 8.00 PM

PRESENT: Cllr D Dorling, Cllr J Mangnall, Cllr T Cox and Mrs J Brookman (Clerk).

APOLOGIES: Apologies were received from Cllr H Painter, Cllr P Smith, Cllr B Chester and Cllr L Couper.

1 - PLANNING APPLICATIONS:

NEW APPLICATIONS:

SE/02/3849/P Crossways Farm, Brand Road, Great Barton. Provision of pre fabricated butchery shop associated with existing pig farm and car park. No objections.

SE/02/3828/P Bull Cottage, Bull Lane, Pakenham
Conversion of detached garage to annexe (non-compliance with condition 3 of planning permission E/96/2333/P). No objections.

SE/02/3812/P Former Builders Yard, Grimstone End, Pakenham.
Erection of two detached houses with detached garages/storage; and (ii) change of use of builders office to Class B1 office (demolition of remaining buildings on site). No objections.
