: All lights on The Owell are now functioning well. St Edmundsbury contacted Mrs White regarding the Claimed Bridleway on the Pakenham/Norton/Thurston border. We have no firm evidence as to use but in general the council expressed support for such a bridleway or a modification of such using existing tracks. Mrs White has informed Inspector Mayhew on our behalf that it is not necessary for her to visit Pakenham. Clerk to ensure that the new Pc is invited to the next Parish Council meeting. The possible problems due to the IKEA site at Stanton and what could be done to the road system around Great Barton were discussed. The "lump" in the road from Pakkenham to Great Barton, just after the Upper Town crossroads was mentioned. 14. - DATE OF NEXT MEETING :
