MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 10 NOVEMBER 2003
THE VILLAGE HALL, PAKENHAM AT 7.00 PM
PRESENT: Cllr H Painter, Cllr D Dorling, Cllr P Smith, Cllr R Griffin,
Cllr J Speare, Cllr C Spicer and Mrs J Brookman, Clerk.
APOLOGIES: Cllr J Mangnall and Cllr L Couper.
1.0 - DECLARATION OF INTERESTS:
There were no declarations of interest at this point.
2.0 - PLANNING APPLICATIONS:
NEW APPLICATIONS:
SE/03/3522/P 14 The Owell, Pakenham
Erection of (i) two storey side extension and (ii) front lobby. No
objections.
SE/03/2466.P Misty Meadows (formerly Orca), Fen Road, Pakenham
Provision of replacement roof incorporating high ridge line with
dormer windows and roof lights to front and rear roof slopes associated
with accommodation in roof space. No objections.
TCA03/956 Wansbeck Cottage, Pakenham
Amendment to previous notification regarding T2, now to be pollarded
at 8 metres. No objections.
3.0 - MATTERS OF REPORT:
Cllr Spicer advised the meeting of recent correspondence regarding
the Shetland Boats site, matter to be placed on the agenda of the next
meeting.
Cllr Griffin requested The Local Transport Survey to be included
on the agenda for the December meeting.
The meeting was closed at 7.45 pm.
