(i) Erection of single storey
front extension and
(ii) erection of front boundary wall and
(iii)
pitched roof additions to garage and dining room.
The parish council
reiterated the comments made to the original application. "The
Parish Council thought that the blind gable end could be improved
by inserting a window and that the proposed wall to be incongruous
in the conversation area of Pakenham and that a flint wall of traditional
style with no piers would be preferable." The Parish Council
have subsequently received comments from village people who are concerned
about the frontage of the building moving forward which will be a
very dominate feature in a CONSERVATION AREA. The Parish Council
were again concerned about the proposed wall as they felt that it
would not be in keeping with the conversation area of the village.
