PAKENHAM PARISH COUNCIL

5 JANUARY 2006 IN THE VILLAGE HALL, PAKENHAM

PRESENT: Cllr J Mangnall, Cllr H Painter, Cllr D Dorling, Cllr P Smith, Cllr R Griffin, Cllr L Patterson, Cllr M Sargent, Mr G Evans, Mr B Rowles, Miss S Rowles and Mrs J Brookman (clerk).

1.0 - DECLARATION OF INTERESTS:
Cllr Patterson declared an interest in planning application SE/05/02784 Fen House, Fen Road, Pakenham.

The Chairman convened the meeting.

2.0 - PLANNING APPLICATIONS:

Cllr Patterson left the meeting at 7.35 pm.

SE/05/02784  Fen House, Fen Road, Pakenham.  Applicant - Mr G Evans.
(i) Erection of single garage and garden machinery store and
(ii) construction of vehicular access. No objections.

Cllr Patterson returned to the meeting at 7.40 pm.

SE/05/02736 32 The Owell, Pakenham. Applicants - Mr & Mrs Nutter. Erection of single storey rear extension as amended by drawing no. 338/05/03 Rev A received 7 December 2005 indicating increase in size of bedroom. No objections.

SE/05/02790 Wansbeck Cottage, The Street, Pakenham. Applicant - Mr & Mrs R Adam.  Erection of
(i) single storey and two storey extension and
(ii) demolition of garage.
No objections.

3.0 - OPEN FORUM:
Cllr Dorling requested that the tipping beside the A143 be placed on the agenda for the next meeting.

It was requested that the proposed lamp post outside the village hall, the allotments and the buggy club also be placed on the agenda for the next meeting.

4.0 - DATE OF NEXT MEETING:
The next meeting will be held on Monday 16 January 2006 at 7.30 pm in the Village Hall, Pakenham .
