MINUTES OF THE ADDITIONAL MEETING HELD ON THURSDAY 20 MARCH 2003

IN THE PAVILION AT 7.30 PM

PRESENT: Cllr D Dorling, Cllr J Mangnall, Cllr B Chester, Cllr L Couper and Mrs J Brookman (Clerk).

APOLOGIES: Apologies were received from Cllr H Painter, Cllr P Smith and Cllr T Cox.

1. - PLANNING APPLICATIONS:

NEW APPLICATIONS:

SE/03/148/P Dell House, 53 The Owell, Pakenham
Erection of two storey and single storey side extension. There were no objections.

SE/03/1447/P Building to the rear of West View, Brand Road, Great Barton (I) Change of use from barn to motor body workshop; and (ii) provision of two flues. There were no objections.

TP/068 (1966) 3 18 Manor Garth, Pakenham. Crown lift to 8 m above ground level one Oak tree protected by a Preservation Order. There were no objections.

2. - MATTERS OF REPORT: There were no matters of report.
