Patient & Public Involvement (PPI) in Health Forum Meetings to be held in Public - West Suffolk PPI Forums invites you to attend the following meetings at Moreton Hall, Bury St Edmunds.

Wednesday 2nd May - 2.00 pm – West Suffolk PCT Locality PPI Forum
Tuesday 12th June - 9.30 am – West Suffolk Hospital PPI Forum
Wednesday 4th July - 2.00 pm - West Suffolk PCT Locality PPI Forum
