7th September 2005 Dog Fouling Calling all dog owners... For some time dog fouling in the Street and on the Playing field has become a real problem. It is quite unacceptable not to clean up after your dog – it is easy enough to take a plastic bag along with you on your walks. Dog fouling is a health hazard, and on the Playing Field it is also a danger to footballers. Anybody caught behaving irresponsibly in this way will be prosecuted.
