May 20th 2014 - Trip to Wimbledon
Ros Griffin and I were delighted to get two of the much sought after places on the WI Park Farm tour of Wimbledon. The tour and lunch was superb and highly recommended. The return coach journey took 8 hours, which unless you are a bus travel fanatic, was not recommended.

June 12th 2014 – The Annual Garden party evening
This years garden party meeting was held in the River Cottage garden on a warm balmy summers evening. The weather was superb, the food was doubly superb and the company was triply superb. My thanks go to all the members for the delicious food they provided. Thanks to Carole H. for organising the two seasonal quizzes and the raffle, and to Kate for another batch of the most beautiful birthday posies.
