DECEMBER 2ND 2017 – CHRISTMAS BAZAAR
What an absolute pleasure to be part of this wonderful village festive event.
Thank you to all my members for their wonderful generosity of time and amazing cakes. My special thanks go to my wonderful Bassey Girls for their last minute impromptu performance.

DECEMBER 14TH 2017 – THE BASSEY GIRLS LIVE AT RISBY
Again only one word can describe the event, – FAB-U-LOUS. Girls I am so very proud to be part of such an amazing team, thank you.

DECEMBER 14TH 2017 – THE ANNUAL WI CHRISTMAS DINNER
Many thanks to my wonderful committee and Alison, Beryl and Jean, who did an amazing job  transforming the hall into a lovely festive venue. Thanks to Carole for the table decorations, to Andrea and her team for a delicious dinner. Special thanks to our wonderful members and friends for their great company, and last but not least our after dinner guests Acafella quartet.

JANUARY 11TH 2018 – SOCIAL EVENING
We began a new year with an entirely social evening, with the sensational John Culley quiz, all accompanied with good wine and refreshments provided by our very own committee. An excellent evening my grateful thanks to all.

FEBRUARY 8TH 2018 – A BEAUTY EVENING
What better way to start 2018 than an evening of beauty and pampering tips. Michelle our local Avon representative is our guest for the meeting to give us the inside story on how to look glamorous for every occasion.

FORTHCOMING EVENTS FOR 2018
13th Feb – Kensington Palace and the New Wembley Designer Centre Visit.
4th April – Special invitation visit to The Tiptree Jam Factory in Essex
19th April – Evening trip to Ipswich Regent to see the London touring production of Carole King’s hit musical Beautiful.
