JULY 12TH 2018 – THE ANNUAL GARDEN PARTY SUPPER EVENING
We celebrated this year's supper in the River Cottage garden on the most beautiful summer evening. The supper this year was a barbecue expertly cooked by Rip, Steve and John. Thank you guys you did a great job. Our members supplied the accompaniments, the most delicious selection of salads and pastas and vegetables, followed by a vast array of fantastic desserts and cheeses. All washed down with an expertly selected variety of good wines. Our very good friend Alison brought her brilliant selection of beads to purchase. We had good and wine, fabulous company, amazing weather and a chance of retail therapy. What more could a girl wish for. My grateful thanks to everyone for making the evening so enjoyable and memorable.
