AUGUST 8TH 2019 – TECHNOLOGY-THE GREATEST EQUALIZER OF OUR TIME
When the majority of WI’s take a summer break we kept going and produced a brilliant evening. My grateful thanks to everyone especially our wonderful speaker Charlotte and my amazing organising team for giving us an evening to remember. Charlotte’s excellent presentation highlighted the truly good and life changing benefits that technology has had on the world, from the educational to the lifesaving aspects of printing spare medical parts especially in third world countries. A great insight into the work of Salesforce.

SEPTEMBER 28TH 2019 – THE WORLDS BIGGEST COFFEE MORNING
20190928 - Coffee MorningFrom 10 am to 12pm in the village hall.
We are delighted to be supporting this national event personally rather than as a WI, in aid of the Macmillan Charity. It is very, very important to us all this year as many of our members and their loved ones are at the moment benefiting from the support and love of this amazing charity. We would so appreciate your help with donated raffle prizes, and help and support on the day. Thank you.

I would like to take this opportunity to say a massive thank you to everyone for their cards, messages, gifts and visits at this difficult time. It has made such a huge impact on my recovery process. Thank you.
