PAKENHAM PARISH COUNCIL
Minutes of an Extraordinary Meeting held on Wednesday, 11th December 2024 at 3pm
Pakenham Village Hall

Present: Cllr Davey Chair, Cllr Palfrey and Cllr Sidebotham
No Members of the public were in attendance. Mrs S Brown (clerk) took the minutes.
Cllr Davey, Chair welcomed everyone to the meeting.

1 - Record Councillors' apologies for absence:-
Apologies received and accepted from Cllr Sargent, Cllr Dorling, Cllr Berry and Cllr Bagnell.

2 - Declarations of interest: No declarations of interest received.

3 - Public Forum: No members of the public in attendance.

4 - To consider the approval of the minutes of the last meeting:-
The minutes of the meeting held on 21 November 2024 were approved to be signed as a true record

5 - Planning Applications to Consider:-
i. Amended DC/24/1308/HH Deraleen Baileypool Road
a: one and a half storey front extension
b: raising of ground level at front of property to create level access
c: single storey side infill extension
d: single storey rear extension
e: creation of first floor habitable space including Juliet balcony, rear dormer winder and rear rooflights
f: raise roof of garage to create first floor office including external staircase and installation of 16 solar panels
g: changes to existing fenestration and wall materials flint patches inserted into the brick walls. Council discussed, two Councillors had no objection, one Councillor objected majority decision no objection.

6 - Councillors' reports and items for future agenda: Nothing to report.

7 - Date of next meeting:-
The date of the next scheduled meeting was confirmed as Thursday, 16 January 2025 at 7.30pm in the Pavilion .

There being no further business the meeting was closed at 3.20pm
