July 29th 2017 – Flower/Produce Show Cream Teas
My grateful thanks to all who baked served and washed up at the F/P Show cream teas.
DE-LI-CIOUS!

August 10th 2017 – The Bassey Girls Live and The Story of The Bury Stray Cat Fund
A full hall was a wonderful sight to my eyes for an August meeting. I am still unsure as to whether it was filled with good music or cat lovers.!!!! However both acts were superb. After The Bassey Girls rendition of Shirley’s favourite hits, Hugh took over with the story and work of The Bury’s Stray Cat Fund charity. Hugh a very last minute replacement for the original speaker was both informative and amusing, a brilliant ambassador for the charity helping our feline friends.
After a much needed cup of tea and delicious refreshments provided and served by Yvonne and Tracy we moved onto the business side of the evening which due to the massive amount of events and functions we are organising this year proved quite lengthy. My grateful thanks to all involved last night you were fabulous and made the evening so enjoyable.
