Pakenham History : Pakenham Football Team - 1959

1959 Charity Shield Final between Pakenham and Gt. Barton

I have a few photos of my dad (John Peck) who lived in the village, he being the son of Frank and Jessie Peck of Grimstone End, Pakenham. Dad was the goalkeeper. He was born in 1925 and died in 1997.

I hope the photos are of some interest and maybe stir some memories.
I would be interested to hear from anyone who may have more information about my ancestors.
