Five members are attending the first of four lunches to support this National Charity at Ravenswood Hall.

9th December - Christmas Dinner.
Forty two members and two guests are attending this years Christmas Dinner in Pakenham Village Hall. The meal cooked and served by Andrea and her team is a traditional turkey dinner followed by a variety of delicious puddings served with a selection of good wines. The after dinner speaker is our very good friend and avid supporter Malcolm Robertson from Anglia Television. His talk will be illustrated by a film of very funny ITV bloomers. Christmas presents will be distributed to all members.

11th December - Old Folks Christmas Tea.
Hopefully at least 50 Pakenham residents will gather in the village hall for a festive tea cooked and prepared by the now famous W.I. bakers and waitresses.!!!! We have a brilliant pianist David booked for the afternoon, lots of decorations, and an excellent raffle so we hope a good time will be had by all. All the helpers and cooks will be dining at The Fox that evening for a well earned break from cooking.!!!!!!

January 13th - 90th Birthday Meeting Speaker Linda Scholes a Lifestyle Guru.
This very special meeting to celebrate 90 years of Pakenham W.I. will start with drinks and canapes. The speaker will tell us of her efforts to self improve her lifestyle which led to some very embarrassing results. There will be memorabilia from those early days in 1921 and the work of our W.I. through the war years. Please join us as a guest or new member for this great way to start our 90th year.
