February 1st 2017 – Pakenham Yoga Class
The yoga class continues to flourish with more members joining each session, numbers rose to 21 this week. Many thanks to Emma Phillips who is a brilliant and caring instructor

February 9th 2017 – The Suffolk Wildlife Trust
Will Cranston - SWTThe dedicated and delightful wild life professional Will Cranston from the SWT was 2017's first guest speaker. 20170209 - RaffleHis talk on all our local wildlife reserves was exceptional and his knowledge of all their inhabitants from a dragonfly to a little dormouse was awe-inspiring. Will has kindly invited us to join him for an evening walk at Lackford Lakes at the end of May, a lovely countryside experience we will all eagerly await.
This months tea girls were Lynda and Barbara, thank you girls.

March 9th 2017 – Hearing Dogs For The Deaf
Margo Henderson ably assisted by her amazing dog Pebbles joins us for the meeting to demonstrate her amazing canine companion's skill to help her in every day life at work and play. Another brilliant speaker passionate , feel free to come along and hear Margo’s story.

HOMELESS ITEM COLLECTION
Anyone wishing to contribute to a WI collection for the BSE community please bring clothes, blankets, food, dog food to the meeting.

March 18th 2017 – Love Where You Live Litter Pick
We are delighted to be hosting and organising this year's village spring clean .
All the equipment required will be kindly provided by the council, and our very own village café will be on hand to provided the much needed drinks and bacon butties after the event. We will have 3 refuse pick up points this year to save me having sleepless nights fearing the WI being fined for fly tipping.!!!!!

July 9th 2017 - Hampton Court Flower Show Day Trip
We have opened bookings for this trip for girls and guys to visit this prestigious event in the horticultural calendar. Price approx £50.00 is per person, under cutting  Mr Mulley’s prices considerably.

July 29th 2017 – Cream Teas at The Annual Flower and Produce Show

October 19th 2017 – The Bassey Girls
Amazingly we have been booked to perform our Shirley Bassey sing along routine at Wickhambrook.
