OCTOBER 26TH 2019 – ANNUAL AUTUMN JUMBLE SALE
Many, many thanks to everyone who donated so many fantastic items, to all the wonderful shop girls and to all our dedicated jumble sale customers. On a wet miserable October afternoon our proceeds were an unbelievable £485. 00. We also kept the Attleborough Dogs Trust emporium in new stock for over a week.

NOVEMBER 1ST 2019 – LADIES WHO LUNCH
This month we re-visited the West Suffolk College restaurant to sample the delights of their hot buffet table. Excellent company and venue, the cuisine received very mixed reviews.

NOVEMBER 14TH 2019 – THE MAGIC OF ART
Our booked speaker called in sick 24 hours before the event causing a mild panic in all circles. We will be forever grateful to the wonderful Trudi Edmunds who stepped into the breach to deliver a super talk on her Magic of ALL THINGS ART. Her repertoire and achievements were astounding from basket making in India, gilt mirror construction and interior design, the true meaning of art.!!!!
We were so delighted to welcome a full hall of ladies with addition of another new member Anthea, welcome to our team. Thank you to this month’s tea girls Lisa and Kay for great eats and service.

Thanks to the amazing help of Barbara we managed to triumph over the election voting committee and retain the village hall for our dinner. We can now look forward to one of Andrea’s superb Christmas Dinners followed by the well-known local entertainer Richard Whymark.
