JANUARY 23RD 2020 – LADIES WHO LUNCH
Grateful thanks to Nick, Sheila and the staff for a delicious lunch at The Pakenham Fox.

FEBRUARY 13TH 2020 – THE WORK AND ROLE OF THE SAMARITANS
SamaritansAngie and Jo from the Bury branch of The Samaritans joined members for the evening to tell of the vital work the 25 year old charity provides nationwide. The phone line 116 is manned for 24 hours a day by volunteers who are there to listen and support the callers. Members were very impressed by these brilliant speakers and the invaluable service they and the charity provide.
My grateful thanks to all the team and the tea ladies, especially Lisa who deputised in my absence. Great job everyone.

MARCH 26TH 2020 – LADIES WHO LUNCH
This month’s lunch is at The Fox Elmswell, where members can choose Thai or British cuisine.

MARCH 12TH 2020 – MY WORLD OF ALPACA’S
COME ALONG and meet Jo Bridge and her Alpacas. Jo a self-confessed alpacaholic who started with three now has a herd of 50.!!!!! She breeds, judges, and offers Alpaca treks. You are cordially invited to join us for this unique and very special evening.

MARCH 28TH 2020 – VILLAGE LITTER PICK
Community Litter PickLitter Pick By popular demand we have organised a much needed litter pick. Start time is 10am when equipment and routes will be at the village hall. The rubbish will remain at four marked collection points throughout the village for bin collection on Monday.
