MINUTES OF THE ADDITIONAL MEETING HELD ON 26 SEPTEMBER 2002
IN THE PAVILION AT 7.00 PM

Present: Cllr D Dorling, Cllr T Cox, Cllr L Couper and Cllr P Smith (part) Mrs J Brookman (Clerk).

1-PLANNING APPLICATIONS:-

NEW APPLICATIONS:-

SE/02/3105/LB - The Old Shop, Grimstone End, Pakenham
Listed Building Application – Replacement of window with french doors on rear/north west elevation. There were no objections to this application.

Cllr Smith left the meeting.

SE/02/3091/P Erection of village hall incorporating shop (following demolition of existing hall) (revised scheme). There were no objections to the revised scheme.
