Minutes of the meeting held on Friday, 19th June, 2015 at 6pm

Present: Cllr H Painter (Chairman), Cllr I Brookman, Cllr N Davey, Cllr C Palfrey and Cllr B Sidebotham
No Members of the public were in attendance
Mrs S Brown (clerk) took the minutes

1 - Apologies for absence: Apologies received and accepted from Cllr Dorling and Cllr Bagnell

2 - Declarations of interest: No declarations of interest received.

3 - Public Forum: No members of the public attended.

4 - Planning Applications:-
DC/15/0992/TCA Stayer Cottage, Bury Road
Trees in a conservation area notification - 2no.Yew trees reduce by 50%
Council discussed and had no objection

5 - Date of next meeting:-
The next scheduled meeting on Wednesday, 24th June was confirmed.

There being no further business the meeting closed at 6.10pm
