Minutes of the meeting held on on Wednesday, 20th December 2017 at 6pm
Pakenham Village Hall

Present: Cllr H Painter (Chairman), Cllr Dorling, Cllr Bagnell, Cllr Brookman,
Cllr Davey, Cllr Palfrey and Cllr Sidebotham
No Members of the public were in attendance
Mrs S Brown (clerk) took the minutes

1 - Apologies for absence: No apologies received.

2 - Declarations of interest: No declarations of interest received

3 - To consider the approval of the minutes of the last meeting:-
The minutes of the meeting held on 22nd November 2017 were approved and signed as a true record.

4 - Public Forum: No members of the public in attendance.

5 – Planning Applications:-
DC/17/2199/FUL : The Broadway
Cont. use of former builder's yard for joinery work & soft furnishings in connection with the fitting out of moulded glass fibre boats for a temp. period (24 months).
Council discussed agreeing there was a need for all existing conditions to be re-instated and all in agreement no objection.

DC/17/2527/HH : Meadow House, Fen Road
Single storey rear extension.
Council discussed and all in agreement no objection.

6 - To consider payment of invoices:-
All in agreement for the payment of invoices listed below:-

7 - Councillors reports and items for future agenda:-
To be placed on next agenda:-
Circular footpath.
To consider tree to be planted in memory of a resident in cemetery meadow.
Mill Road (hedging enforcement).
The Chair updated Council on the post/pier knocked down at the Church.
The Clerk to ask Cllr Brown to contact Jo Churchill MP re the drainage issue at Thurston.

The next scheduled meeting on Wednesday, 24th January 2018 at 7.30pm was confirmed.

There being no further business the meeting closed at 6.25pm
