Minutes of an extra ordinary Meeting of the Council
held on Monday, 19 July 2021 at 10am
Pakenham Village Hall

Present: Cllr Dorling, Cllr Palfrey, Cllr Sargent and Cllr Sidebotham. No Members of the public were in attendance.

1 - Record Councillors' apologies for absence:-
Apologies received and accepted from Cllrs: Painter, Bagnell and Davey.

2 - Declarations of interest: No declarations of interest received.

3 - Public Forum: No members of the pubic in attendance.

4 - To consider the approval of the minutes of the last meetings:-
The minutes of the meeting held on 16th June 2021 were approved to be signed as a true record.

5 - Planning Applications to comment:-
DC/21/1209/TPO : The Lodge, The Street
Horse Chestnut fell; Lime pollard to a finished height of 8-10m; Lime re-pollard to previous points 6-8m; Sycamore fell; Holly reduce top height by 5-6m; Yew reduce top height by 5-6m.
Council discussed and all in agreement no objection.

6 - Councillors' reports and items for future agenda: Nothing to add.

7 - Date of next meeting:-
The date of the next scheduled meeting to be confirmed.

There being no further business the meeting was closed at 10.15am
