Pakenham Village Tributes : Margaret Tipple

Margaret Tipple
Margaret sadly passed away at Northcourt nursing home in January.
She was born in Wickhambrook and moved to Pakenham in 1961 when she married John Tipple. They lived all their married life at Willowdene, Fen Road. Over the years Margaret embraced village life being an actve member of the W.I., where she enjoyed her lifelong passion of baking. She was also a long-term member of the parish council. Her other passion was fowers, and for a number of years she ran the forist shop in Ixworth and provided arrangements for numerous weddings and other occasions.

A memorial service for Margaret is taking place at St Mary's Church, Pakenham on the 13th of February at 12.30. All are welcome.
